Community Education is an opportunity as an adult to learn something new. Community Education is part of many of the programmes offered to adults within FGU Family Resource Centre.   Many of the programmes on offer come out of participants identifying a programme or course they wish to pursue.  

The City of Dublin Education and Training Board (CDETB) often provides tutors for these programmes and at present courses are held online (via zoom) or outdoors.  Courses offered in the past are:  Leadership Training, Personal Development, Community Development, Literacy Skills, Creative Writing, ESOL (Learning English as a Second Language).   If there is a course or programme you are interested in please contact us.   At present the following programmes are on offer:
