Drop-in Relaxation

Tuesdays, 12  -  12.45pm (free). This group goes through breathing, muscle relaxation and visualisation techniques that clear the mind and body for relaxation and stress management.

Mindfulness Meditation

By practising mindfulness meditation we can play an active role in changing the brain and increase our wellbeing and quality of life.  Free Taster Session Tuesday 29th September 7pm followed by 6 week course 6th Oct - 10th  Nov.  Six week course includes materials Unwaged €70 - waged €90.  Course delivered by Aoife Boyle, Postgraduate Mindfulness, Aberdeen University


Open Studio Art Therapy

Uses the creative process of Art-making to improve and enhance your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.  Starting on 23rd September, Wednesday Mornings 10am - 11am Unwaged €5 / Waged €7.  No previous art making experience is necessary.  If interested call or text 'art therapy' to 087 6703689 or contact Adrienne 01 4716722.  Art Therapy sessions are delivered by Pilar Landaluce
